Aragonite

Aragonite is a stone that is calming and centering.   Aragonite teaches patience and acceptance.  Aragonite prevents oversensitivity and aids in concentration.  Aragonite brings insight regarding causes of problems or situations.  Aragonite helps relieve anger and emotional stress providing strength and support.  Aragonite is a good stone to use for nervous twitching and spasms due to unrest.  Aragonite grounds and centers the body.   Aragonite heals bones and assists in calcium absorption restoring elasticity to discs (Hall, Judy. 2003.
